How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had to hire a professional snagger within a couple of weeks of walking in the property, as clearly there were issues with finishes, quality of materials, fittings, general detail all over the house. 127 faults found in the house, at least 10% were critical and a handful are still not resolved. A year after moving in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had refused to move in until all priority items were fixed, should we have been told by the site managers of what issues they have encountered, based on experience of people who supposedly are qualified to do such things.

The entrance to the site is awful, otherwise it's an excellent site. Local sainsburys is helpful within half a mile.

How humid flats are. J havent touched the heating since I moved in.

Entrance to car park. It is potentially dangerous.

Parking good as everyone parks on their own driveway, neighbors are in high paying jobs, bin collection weekly, no antisocial behaviour as yet on my street, traffic noise not too bad

Poor snagging management. Neighbors also complaining

Storage area at front entrance area for shoes, space for dryer in utility room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Development is not far from shops and town centre. There are a lot of restaurants, play areas near by. Parking is good. Traffic noise is minimal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Inadequate response, been chasing them every now and then and still no response.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is in walking distance of Wokingham town centre so coffee shops, pubs and great places to eat out are in easy reach. There are good train links. As the development is just out of town there are lovely countryside walks nearby as well. Great location.

There are lots of options for food delivery!

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout and space in the flat is the best feature.
