Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location for us is perfect. We wanted to be here for family and schools. The estate is quite and doesnt suffer from much trouble. Unlike parsons green which seems to have quite a lot of antisocial behaviour. We do worry that this will change as there will be access onto the park at the end of the development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every so often someone different from the company visits, promises the world and delivers nothing. Most remedial work in the property has been repaired by myself. Including plumbing issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If i knew any of what i know now i would not have purchasd this property. I would have waited for a reputable builder to develop in the area. Oh and wait until you find out about the site covenants which no one explains to you.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great for parking, only had a few problems with bins but not any in recent weeks, a few kids coming and going from the park, when the building is finished, I see it because a bigger problem as it’s a short cut, not much traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Few not all, the plastering is shocking and still is even though “they redone it”

The really scale of the house, our plan of the house is not to scale as it should be

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great and have no problems. Parking is a little tight when having guests over. Plenty of shops and retail plus gyms and activity’s close by. A great area to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded to most things but not quickly or efficiently. They required continued following up and took months to fix simple problems

I wish they fixed all the problems before I accepted the keys.
