We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

I live in The Claves (the newest part of the development). I love the apartment - it’s well designed and spacious with high ceilings. The building of the development was delayed by about 6 months but this wasn’t a problem for us. The Claves includes an underground car park and central garden and next year there will be more communal facilities such as a gym and cinema. You have to pay for parking for visitors but this isn’t an issue. The building management is excellent - they have been really helpful and efficient. Because this area has only recently started being developed, there aren’t many bars and restaurants nearby so you’re better off travelling to Kings across or Camden but in a few years this shouldn’t be an issue.

I like the apartment - it’s spacious and well designed. However there were a lot of snagging issues - for example overflow leaking from roof has been a real problem. They have eventually fixed it but it took them 3 years. The area is very quiet and safe.

The flat is really nice - it’s good quality and spacious. I have lived here for 3 years and really like it. The area is very safe. The development is close to the tube station which is very convenient. I mostly go to Finchley Central for shopping though - it’s only 5 minutes away on the bus. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live.

I like the house - it’s spacious, well designed and modern. Other residents have had a few issues with their roofs leaking though. The building management company are not good at responding - it can take 2 months for them to come around. The development is nice and quiet. A big downside is that due to lots of building work the development is very closed off, which is not great for driving and Uber can never find the address.
