Beautiful area and peaceful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have acted like they heard but in reality they don’t care as nothing was done.fence is falling and the developer was the one that tampered with it because when I bought the house the fence was very ok but because of the new house they built behind they re fixed my fence and it’s falling but no response after complaining

Value for money in a lovely quiet area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

To me the houses are really value for money and situated in a nice quiet part of Platt Bridge. It's an easy 10min walk to the shops so very convenient . The canal is also on our doorstep with lovely paths that go for miles. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. Most houses have parking for two cars. The train albeit close by is no issue whatsoever noise wise. On the downside the paths and roads have yet to be completed as Gleesons obviously hasn't given the contractor the go ahead although the Contractor has done remedial work three times up to now. Also there is so much clay Gardens are waterlogged at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes responded to all. Asst site Manager Will is very helpful and willing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Our downstairs loo is in the entry and it gets freezing in winter ,apparently a common problem for loos in the annexe.

Living on the street is good. Parking is great, bin collection is great. No noise and quiet. Enjoy the local canal for walks and local shops close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes response is quick. Still have issues with property roof after 10 months of living here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the gardens would be so difficult to landscape due to buried debris and clay soil.

We love that we are out of the way of main roads, and therefore have a nice quiet peaceful night each night. The street is also quiet enough to safely leave a car without worry - and also to walk around without the constant worry of looking out for fast traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually quickly but there's been delays - which seem to be more related to the workmen and not the site management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We only wish we had insisted that the roads and rear garden were finished for moving in as we do feel a little forgotten about now

Good, quiet area, friendly people. Good shops, school within walking distance. Hardly any traffic, good parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

First on site manager brilliant, responded to everything quick and efficient

Make sure you check everywhere on your final inspection and anything your not happy with tell the site manager
