Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Busy area and with the addition of the two schools and new homes it will be more noisy and diffcult to park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

zero response after countless of emails for a period of over 3 years

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I placed more reliance on the general negative feedback out there.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a nice area to live in. It is quiet and with amenities close by. There are several rail links that make getting into London easy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Director missed several calls and only addressed after I voiced my disquiet through a NHBC survey. Otherwise shockingly poor service & response to issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nice community of people, issues with builder are life force sapping

Developers are all right but they could have used better materials.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Well currently there is a big construction right in front of us so it’s a bit disturbing but it won’t be a problem when it’s done. Also a new school opened just besides us so it becomes crowded during the school drop off and pick up times and parents park in to our designated car parks which is annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded in time and sent relevant teams to solve the problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we actually don’t have a parking space and we need to rent it from the local borough, but still random people park in to our space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. Locksley Place is serviced by numerous buses and a short walk from the Great Northern overground station Gordon Hill. Next door to Chase Farm Hospital, Petrol station with convenience store and a local pub!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a real problem with all houses with garages and bedrooms above them. This is a design fault in that these rooms are freezing and not fit for purpose. The builders are at pains on how to provide a remedy for this issue and although supported by an NHBC guarantee, be warned that they provide little of no support!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Huge defect in the bedroom above the garage which is not fit for purpose as a living space!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area great- close to train station and easy access to Enfield town amenities Parking is a problem and false information given to residents, not to mention contractors parking in allocated parking for residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been slow to respond- try to pass problem onto someone else

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Council not collecting bins
