Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links, close to the station. Parking underground is useful. Good street lighting. Can barely hear traffic on main road nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Where problems were found they were resolved quickly, generally few were found

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One disappointment was the 6 month delay to the moving in date, which in my opinion I wasn't informed about in good time

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are incredible right near the train station, central location in Winchester, and near the hospital/a and e too. Design of the flat / building is stunning the interior is top of the range as well as the appliances. One thing I will note is we do not have a shower on a hose which was meant to be built into the bath as well as the waterfall shower I think that would be useful. Other than that the apartment is stunning and very well designed and thought out. Impressed with the customer service and the management too

Haven’t raised any yet - there are a few things to raise nothing major - snags
