Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good : Local shops, local parks, local soft play centre for kids, local Kidbrooke station within minutes. Bus routes are good also. Bad : Restricted parking for visitors with a silly rule of 1 per day. Forget having a party with guests. Bin collections are a mess, the excessive furniture dumping, all contained and not controlled.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rules of living in the complex- curtains / blinds to be certain colours , curfew for the communal gardens, pet rules, smoking rules . There is no phone signal for most networks here, unless you have WiFi installed prior to moving in. No nails in walls.
What is the best feature of your home:
Spaciousness of the flat and the picturesque communal gardens.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love Kidbrooke, we only have a few shops but they have everything we need. Pegler Square is super cute and I love the market stalls and food trucks that set up there. We would love to see more of them and more festival and festivities happening there. We also love Cator and Sutcliffe park, it’s a real treat to have so much green space around us. It’s a wonderful place to have dogs. And we love Bonnie the swan and all the wild life, creeks, waterfalls, and lakes. It’s also so nice to be close to Blackheath and Greenwich. I love the cute train station and how easy it is to reach central London. Most of the neighbours are pleasant and I enjoy meeting people when I’m out with my dogs and saying hello. There’s a real community feeling. Only downsides are that I’m seeing more and more rubbish around. I think bins often overflow. Still much better than most places.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t realise how convenient the location was. And for a long time, I didn’t realise how easy it was to get to Blackheath village by foot.
What is the best feature of your home:
The large windows are the balcony. Also the modern kitchen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Within a two minute walk I have access to three grocery shops, an Asian food store, a GP, a dentist, a chemist, cafes and a pub. I can get into central London in 15 minutes via train and ambulance within walking distance of Blackheath Village and Greenwich.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The gym is really high quality with plenty of machines and is never too busy.
What is the best feature of your home:
Modern, bright and spacious. The appliances are all Smeg and the finish on the apartment is high quality.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good aspects Best thing about the development is Pegler square and its access to train station. Pegler square is v happening and lively. So one doesnt feel too unsafe even while coming late in the night. Scope for improvement 1. More policing 2. House size could have been bigger - so the kind of rent thats being charged vs the size doesnt always feel value for money. Kitchens are super super tiny. People get so uncomfortable cooking because of the kitchen size.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That it would spoil me because of the train connectivity :)
What is the best feature of your home:
View to pegler square and access to train station.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects of living in Kidbrooke Village is that, it's a very peaceful and quiet area so much so, in the evenings there is hardly any noise. It also feels incredibly safe too. The bad aspects are that there isn't much on site parking as visitors will often have to be charged. Moreover, in the local area there isn't much going on for activities.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking, would've definitely been nice to have a guided tour for how it works because upon moving in, we got a ticket due to some problems with the handover but it was quickly resolved.
What is the best feature of your home:
Location within development and how much space there is within our apartment
