Would love it if there were more restaurants, cafes and beauty parlours. Nice to have a range of supermarkets near by Is a bit nosy by the station in the middle of the night from time to time which is bound to happen but sometimes wish security would do more about it! Parking is good although I’ve seen people try to rent out their spaces to random people on Facebook which is a bit worrying…

The intercom doesn’t come with the property. You have to pay for it as an additional cost.
What is the best feature of your home:
The view. The location. How easy it is to get to London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local shops are limited, with few quality options, and there are no restaurants at all. The only pub is below average and uninviting. Open spaces are poorly maintained, often littered and neglected. Public transport is unreliable, with frequent delays and overcrowding. Parking is difficult, and bin collections are inconsistent, leading to rubbish piling up. Anti-social behaviour is a problem, with disturbances and noise, often linked to social housing tenants, making the area feel unsafe. Traffic noise is constant, and overall, the area is becoming increasingly rundown and unpleasant to live in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish i knew that 10yrs after buying they were planing to put up a social housing building next door with undesirable neighbours
What is the best feature of your home:
Open plan kitchen although I had to make modifications as the design was average for a high end developer

Generally good, more independent and local businesses would be great as well as more community clubs and activities or building specific gardening club etc

Quiet, safe, clean, near green spaces and direct access to central London for work etc, great sunsets!

Keep Village has a lot to offer he has plenty of transport links in the main square it has plenty of amenities to offer. It feels very friendly very family orientated good lighting at night plenty of space to spend with the family. Parking can be a bit of a problem you can get a visitors pass from the concierge. Kidbrooke Village is future living.

I would share with a new neighbour how safe you feel here with all the CCTV and on site concierge team I would say parking can be a bit of an issue. .I Would mention parcels being delivered see if you can have them dropped at the concierge or local pick up point that has been quite a issue with parcels going missing

We have good range of grocery shops and some open early and close late. We don't have good restaurants or bars in neighborhood. Parking is problematic as you can only get 3-4 hours visitor parking permit.

That construction noise is very loud, Trains don't run on some weekends because of engineering works
What is the best feature of your home:
It is warm so hardly ever need heating to switch on. Is good because heating system breaks quite often
