It’s close to city centre. Everything is quite convenient, especially when we’re having a Sainsbury opening soon.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be honest, I didn’t raise any problems or issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The parcel management is quite safe. You need code sent to your email address to enter the post room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Kampus has honestly been such a great experience. From the moment I moved in, the community hosts have made the place feel welcoming and looked after. They’re always around, easy to talk to, and genuinely care about making sure everyone’s happy. Ramsey especially deserves a mention he’s always in a great mood, super helpful, and just brings a really positive energy to the building. It makes a big difference. The apartments themselves are modern, well-designed, and full of natural light. There are lovely shared spaces too great for working from home or relaxing with friends and the garden courtyard is a real bonus, with cute dogs hahaha especially for being right in the middle of the city. The local area is full of life. There’s a brilliant mix of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and the bars around Kampus give the area a fun, social vibe without it feeling too busy. You’re a short walk from Piccadilly Station, which makes getting around super easy, whether you’re commuting or heading out of town. As with most city centre spots, there can be a bit of street noise from time to time, especially on weekends, but it’s never been a big issue. Bin collections are reliable, the street feels clean and safe, and overall, it’s a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
all good no complaints to raise at all I recommend

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My stay at Kampus has been amazing so far from the calls to follow up our application to the keys being handed over. It is at the middle of the city and is very convenient for transport and night life. A big shout out to Ramsey who has been very helpful so far throughout our stay and always making jokes and to Ed as well for always helping us out with a smile.overall great!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes always been proactive and quick. I recommend thanks

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Kampus is perfectly located in the heart of Manchester, and the local area has everything you could possibly need. The range of shops, cafés, and restaurants is amazing – from cosy independent spots to vibrant bars and bakeries. The transport links are excellent, with Piccadilly Station just a short walk away and plenty of buses and trams for getting around the city. Despite being so central, the development still feels like a calm, private community. The canal and surrounding green spaces make it feel unique compared to other city centre locations. Parking can be limited nearby, but honestly, the convenience and atmosphere of the area more than make up for it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team have always been quick, friendly, and efficient whenever I’ve raised anything. Even small queries are dealt with promptly, and they always keep me updated until things are fully resolved. Their approachable and proactive attitude makes living here feel stress-free, as you know you’re in good hands.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how much of a community vibe Kampus has – it really does feel more than just an apartment building. The shared spaces are used and loved by residents, and the atmosphere is welcoming and social without ever feeling intrusive. It’s such a lovely balance between privacy and community that I didn’t fully realise until after moving in.

If you want to live somewhere that has a vibe every single day.. but can be wholesome too. Kampus is the place you need to be. The only thing we are missing is a little supermarket to be able to nip in.. that being said Sainsbury’s is on the way!! Can’t wait. Kampus can be quiet when you need it and energetic when you choose. Love !!!!!!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Before moving I have to say we weren’t very aware of the rental process, everyone emailed back with care and helpfulness which made us feel welcomed and important.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You get discount at every place within the Kampus community. Literally if you like coffee to wine to pizza or getting your pet new clothes.. something for everyone.
