Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kampus is the perfect place to live. The location is great, there is everything by the flat, lovely bars, restaurants, gorgeous coffee shops including a fan favourite (Pollen) & a convenient Sainsburys! It is super close to the main train station, so really easy to travel around! The windows are so soundproof too so the flats are really quiet despite being so central!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management are available 24/7 and respond to any issues very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We actually didn’t realise how amazing the area was- would have been great to have been shown around the square outside as it really sells itself!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. Sainsbury’s in the building which is very useful. Many restaurants in the development which are all great, with discounts too. Great lcourtyards for summer with green space. 5 minutes from Piccadilly train station and plenty of buses. Noise levels really low even in this location- windows are completely sound proof.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately. There is a really easy system for reporting issues on an app and get resolved very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I could have seen the exact flat I was moving in to when being shown around

Supportive team and a comfortable place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kampus is in a great spot. You’ve got plenty of independent places nearby and it’s easy to find somewhere good to eat or grab a coffee. Pollen is my go-to for a quiet morning, and Nell’s Pizza never disappoints. Piccadilly station is only a short walk away, so getting around is simple. The Gay Village is right next door and brings a lot of energy to the area, especially in the evenings. The street itself is fairly calm most of the time, although you do hear a bit more noise at weekends. Parking can be a challenge, but the area feels safe and bin collections are consistent. The canalside paths and green spots close by add a nice balance to city living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any time I’ve raised an issue, it’s been picked up quickly. Repairs have been sorted without much delay and I’ve always been told what to expect. Communication is clear and polite, which makes everything much easier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise just how helpful the staff would be. It makes a huge difference, especially when moving between apartments. I also wish I had known more about the notices policy from the start, as it’s a bit more detailed than you’d expect. It would have saved me a bit of time, but in the end the team were always there to guide me through it.
