Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, adjacent to village street and the neighbourhood is very lively. The whole kampus area is enhanced by the number of restaurants that surround it, and the central green spaces are pleasant to walk through year-round. For shopping, there's Sainsburys, Tescos and a large Aldi within 10 minutes walk. The proximity to Piccadilly station is unbeatable and provides easy access to get out of the city centre and get a 15mins train to the airport and fly out. Never encountered anti-social behaviour in its immediate surroundings (whereas I have in areas near Piccadilly gardens at night) although always remain cautious late at night. Overall, ideal location that I intend to remain at in the foreseeable future.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management and reception have been very responsive to any queries I had, and always felt welcomed talking to reception about any issues encountered. As mentioned above, a special thanks to Edmer for the helpful chats along the way!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The operator for energy is pre-selected for the development and this cannot be varied. However, the well-insulated rooms combined with a central room temperature control makes it easier to manage if you wish to reduce your energy use.

Great central area with walking distance to most areas within the city. New sainsburys is being built which further increases the value of this development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Edmer has been of immense help to us ever since we have moved in (2 years ago), and has gone out of his way to help with any queries/questions we require.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it is a very lively area and extremely convenient

Location is really good! Very close to city centre and also have good restaurants nearby. Sainsburys is also opening up soon so would be a great plus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems are resolved very quickly, usually within the same day. Especially Edmer has been really helpful ever since we moved in 2 years ago.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Location is very strategic and lively, they have pop up markets every now and then as well.

The local area is excellent. It is very convenient for transport, being close to the train station and city centre. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and the neighbourhood feels safe and friendly. The streets are clean and well maintained, with good access to public transport and green spaces. Overall, it is a pleasant and comfortable area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we have raised an issue, the management has been very responsive and efficient. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, and communication is always clear and polite. The team makes sure everything is resolved quickly, which gives a lot of confidence as a resident.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community at Kampus is very active and friendly, with regular events and great shared spaces. It’s worth knowing that the area can be lively at weekends due to nearby restaurants and bars, but overall it adds to the great atmosphere of living here.

It’s close to city centre. Everything is quite convenient, especially when we’re having a Sainsbury opening soon.

To be honest, I didn’t raise any problems or issues.

The parcel management is quite safe. You need code sent to your email address to enter the post room.
