
Invicta is a residential development with a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Located on Bristol’s Harbourside, it is only a short distance away from various waterfront attractions. This is in addition to various nightlife options and the City Centre’s shopping outlets. Bristol Temple Meads station is less than a mile away, which has links to CrossCountry, GWR and South Western Railway services.

The building has a modern design, stylish and it is probably one the best known blocks in the Harbourside. The apartment has a similar style too, which very much I like. The property management is impeccable, and they are very quick in answering any question you might have.

Great area, lovely neighborhood! Harbourside is my favorite spot in Bristol. Lively, very close to the city centre, supermarkets (right in front the apartment) and restaurants, transportation hub in College Green, and very convenient for work. Besides, it just beautiful, with an amazing view on the river.

I think it is important to get know the area. My friends strongly suggested this development when I was looking for an apartment.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Some of the furniture (the carpet in particular) were in bad shape when I entered the apartment last year – I guess due to the old tenants. … and the price, perhaps? A little expensive, but you pay for what you get.

Stylish development, top end appliances, well maintained, lift, secure vehicle and bicycle basement parking. Local a2Dominion staff and contractors approachable and helpful. Close to main road, and bus routes. Access to fibre broadbrand.. Recycling too

I find it annoying that Pinnacle are responsible for delivery of some services. The subcontracting of parking management of a2 tenants to a 3rd party creates tension. I also suggest their mgt of parking is in breach of a2Diminion tenant leases

Bright, airy, south facing rooms with a sunny balcony, modern appliances, fibre broa
Great location decent propert
This is a great development for a starter flat, although more facilities would be nice (gym, rooftop garden). Building management is acceptable (although the lifts break down quite frequently) but property management leaves much to be desired (eg no respond to repairs request, takes months for follow up).

Great location, close proximity to bars and restaurants but does get quite noisy at night at on weekends.

Better service on repairs portal would be great, as would an internal cleaning service for residents (on a pay per use basis)

Invicta has a great modern design and the apartments have cleverly used the space, have great appliances and fixtures, and after four and half years it is the first time I am requesting a repair. There’s decent communication about the facilities, and anything that needs to be known about what is going on in the building (for example carpet or window cleaning).

Excellent location with amazing shops, barbers, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. This part of the Harbourside has an amazing vibe, and is conveniently connected to all parts of Bristol.

The whole experience feels very impersonal – so it might work for you, or it might not.

I would improve the ventilation in the bathroom, because clearly there is an issue with moisture.
good location and feel comfortable along the River
Design is good for residence to feel outside as much as we can. Room design is really functional. Besides, it is really good point that its parking area is built beneath the building. That makes huge difference in terms of keeping clean against birds.

Its location is along Avon river and board walk. There are walking path. It is very comfortable to spend time around the accommodation.

Clean situation by birds would be good to inform it earlier. Eventually there are no severe issues, but many people would like to confirm it earlier.

Its boiler system is often stopped. It is only one thing to be improved.
Thoughts on Invicta after one year
Been living here for over a year. The flats are excellent, the provided utilities and white goods are great. Flats are nicely designed and feel modern.
A2Dominiom have been great in all instances I’ve had to contact them.

Excellent area. Shops right next door, as well as a bunch of restaurants etc. City center is five mins away with many popular areas easily accessible.
Nearby bus stops go pretty much everywhere as it’s the city center bus hotspot.

Gigabit (1000mbps) internet is now provided throughout the building by hyperoptic.

Invicta building
The building design is great as well as the layout of the flat. Heat insulation is perfect as it maintains the temperature regardless of outside weather conditions. Some of the materials used for the fixtures/fittings could be of better quality. Property management are great and always support whenever there are any issues.

The area is great for young families and it has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately can also get very noisy for this same reason.

Because of the high number of amenities around the area, it could get a bit noisy sometimes.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature is definitely the location. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk and there are lots of amenities around the area.
Fantastic place to live!
Modern looking building which is far more aesthetically pleasing than the surrounding buildings. I love living down here. So much in the fact that we have recently bought a property 2 minutes down the harbour. I will be recommending this area to friends and family.

Gated on the front patio would make it more of a social area
Excellent management!
Design, location and overall management is first class. However, the level of noise around the area is too loud – either because of other residents or people passing by. Maintenance planning is better than anything we’ve seen before in other properties

Invicta review
Property management & building management seem top quality. Most of what I’d expect to be looked after to a decent level, are. Window cleaning, general site maintenance e.t.c. However 1 or 2 things in the flat that show some sign of age/wear.

Decent distance away from the centre, has most of what I would need within the area I.e. supermarkets, few restaurants, coffee shops, gyms and the like.
