Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location. Parking isn't great, very limited, but I can throw down a disabled blue parking permit for free parking when guests need it. I sold the car before moving in as why do I want a car when you live in the Town Centre with everything on your door step. One bed apartment with balcony is beautiful, spacious and no neighbourly noise. View over Argos not great but they'll be gone in a few years for more apartments. Not a big improvement but better view nonetheless. Any one noticing drug dealing from the buildings can report it immediatelty, confidentially if prefereed, and the ball immediately starts rolling to stop it and ultimately remove the bad tenants; albeit it takes some time, but they do act!

Nothing really, but we could do with more bins or more frequent bin collections!
What is the best feature of your home:
Warm, Quiet, and Peaceful. Great Location for the TC, Restaurants, Bars and Work.

Perfect location. Poor parking for visitors with an aggressive parking regime, poor car park security.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very poorly, items have been stolen from the car park, response has been abysmal.

The parking charges for visitors. Poor internal security.

Would benefit from a local corner shop, no main bus routes on the road, no parking, the smell of bins goes out into the main lobby.

No parking- did know that before we moved in but didn’t realise how bad the parking situation would be.

The location is pretty great, you're very close to a lovely park - however the retail park isn't the best view. The location is good as you don't get too much traffic, and you feel safe walking around at night. It can be tricky with getting things delivered but I imagine that is mostly just teething issues
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We issues with a door not fitting in the door frame, no shower head, and unfinished radiator. All these issues were solved pretty fast and with little hassle.

The hob is induction. It's overly complicated and performs pretty poorly compared to gas or electric. The water pressure is also quite low, which is only an issue when having a shower.

I think it’s cute and great for first place. The parking is very inconvenient. If parking was available it would be amazing
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No response yet so at the moment poor. The toilet seat needed fixing they advise to check over the flat and let them know I have had no call back as yet
