Hoxton Wharf is a collection of 84 apartments – one, two and three-bedrooms – set in a new development close to Shoreditch Park and the Regent’s Canal. It’s surrounded by Islington, Shoreditch and De Beauvoir Town and is in central Hoxton, a lively neighbourhood that’s home to East London’s oldest market and popular Hoxton Square.

Flat design is ok- good with modern neutral decoration. Mostly respectful neighbours so noise not a problem. Have had poor managing agents. Hoping a recent transition to a new one will help with maintenance niggles Please tell us what you like and/or dislike about this location: Great location between Shoreditch park and regents canal so very quiet for now central it is (also additional park at rosemary gardens). Right on bus route to old street / dalston / stoke newington Ans short walk to angel / London fields. Numerous foody pubs. Local amenities in Hoxton. Please share one thing (or more) that you wish you had known before you moved in: Hackney council wanting to redevelop local leisure centre + crossrail 2 wanting to put air vents both meaning chunks of Shoreditch Park will be lost
