As the first tenant who moved into the development 8 years ago I’m so happy I chose to live here. Excellent transport links and amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt to reply to issues, however no flexibility assisting with wear and tear that needs sorted to keep the property right.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Always had lovely neighbours, no anti social issues and a great community on our estate.

Great location and accessibility to shops and local amenities. Close to train station into the city for work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded swiftly and promptly to any issues and have been dealt with at a great speed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we weren’t made aware that a months rent plus the deposit was required on completing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is quite good with a train station near by and a nice park plenty of bars and restaurants 5-10 minute drive away. Buses aren’t great. Parking for us is awful our neighbours have more than 2 cars therefore having an over flow sometimes they have been known to park on our drive when we are out. But also they will park directly outside there house therefore making it tight to get in and out of.

Not really helpful in making a solution. Says one thing and does another

How dirty the house was when we moved in. I was under the assumption it would have been cleaned first

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the development is excellent, walking distance for transportation, local shops and schools. Everything is convenient for accessing which is a big selling point for me of living here. The site is quiet and barely any traffic, bun collections are always complemented and the site is maintained well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and it’s always efficient and helpful as expected!

That the rent would be increased by around £100 a month every year without fail.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is pleasant, good local amenities such as shops, train station and parks. Traffic can be extremely bad nearby for commuting. It is frustrating that many residents won’t park in their allocated spaces to do so causing tight squeezes and lack of space often and without repercussion although it goes against tenancy T&Cs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A maintenance issued faced has been pushed back against for nearly a year now

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Auto-locking front door was a new one for me! The move in condition of a property may be no where near to a standard expected.
