Holland Park is so close to everything ... easy walking to shops, bars, bus services and the main rail stations in the city centre. The location is fantastic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any comments or issues have been taken seriously and positively with clear actions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known about Holland Park before ... the combination of amenities, furnished apartments and on-site Moda management is a winning combination.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are parking options a few minutes walk from Moda and it’s easy to walk to cafes, bars, music venues, the university and beautiful Kelvingrove Park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was not necessary as there were no issues I needed to raise

All the information I needed was provided before I arrived

Excellent location, quiet part of town but central for transport links & access to the motorway. The whole neighbourhood seems quiet!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any issues raised so far. all good.

nothing so far, other than pet friendly floors. it is fab

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a very convenient place right in the city centre. Bus stops & train stations nearby. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute walk . There are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk from Holland Park. It's pet friendly. Amy was great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any issues but the team seem really friendly & nothing is too much trouble.

On a positive note, I wish I had known how many gorgeous dogs are in Moda!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent choice of restaurants and cafes near by, lots of choice from casual to formal dining. While it’s a vibrant area full of culture, it is quiet and peaceful at night. I love Glasgow!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I’ve had have been addressed with urgency and attention and were solved quickly.

That it was pet friendly ie how much Moda loves pets!
