Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects are the cinema room & the gym!! I use the gym at night & it isn't busy which is great. I live with my boyfriend & we are students at the local university

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any issues so far, which is great. They seem responsive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I haven't downloaded the app, so I would advise you are aware about the app & how it works. My boyfriend has it & uses it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right in the city centre so there’s loads to do within walking distance. Lots of places to shop and good restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive to any issues. They usually get back within a few hours during working times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are very warm which is fine in the winter but it gets uncomfortable inside in the summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a really quiet location, which is super surprising given its location adjacent to the M8 near Charing Cross and Glasgow City centre, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and a Tesco Express nearby which is super handy. The Kings theatre is just round the corner which is also great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not applicable. No issues with the property. Super happy.

Nothing, no hidden issues. Very transparent process and friendly and capable team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our area is lively yet comfortable, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops within walking distance. Despite being in a central location, the street feels safe, with good lighting. There’s a nice mix of city vibrancy and quiet parts, making it a great spot for both convenience and comfort.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been amazing & they got back to me quickly and sorted it out without hassle. Super helpful and really friendly throughout. Always smiling even though it is extremely busy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how fantastic Moda is, the 7th floor is out of this world! Only bad aspect are the deliveries outside can arrive early in the morning, but it is the city centre

The good aspects are it is very quiet, good management team & great location. The bad aspects, I can't think of any!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any issues or problems in my apartment.

There is an issue with bin chute 3, which the team know about it. The management have been proactive in ensuring this is sorted.
