The good aspects are the location, the views from the apartment is stunning. I am on the 15th floor!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the first day, the fridge wasn't working. I raised a ticket & Josh came to help me

Quite happy & nothing to report. Everything was as expected

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic area to live in, central to shops, train station & my university. Would be great if there more studios as this would suit my lifestyle. Team were helpful, Giorgia was professional & empathetic with lots of patience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues noted so far & the team have been great. Giorgia was great at showing me around

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the price of the 1 beds as it was more expensive than planned.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to west end and city centre with loads of bars and restaurants. Close to public transport. Relatively quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Joshua was amazing in dealing with some early issues I had with the flat. He changed the shower head, repressurised the hot water system and got my hob replaced all super promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have wanted the option to move a few furniture items out of the flat and take some of my own items with me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transportation is very convenient. There are Chinese restaurants as well as local specialties. There are also supermarkets around, including Chinese supermarkets and local ones. The room I'm staying in is very quiet with no noise and has a great view. There are plenty of parking spaces and the garbage is cleared very promptly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The property management is excellent. They respond very promptly when problems arise. Joshua is a staff member at Holland Park. He is very meticulous and patient! When encountering problems, he is very enthusiastic in helping you solve them and comforting you.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think everything is great. There's nothing to share for now.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is modern, clean, well-maintained and well appointed. The communal spaces like the gym, cinema room and entertainment area are lovely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I can't comment in this as I really had no issues, everything was very seamless.

I can't really think of anything to add, the location and building was perfect for the duration of my stay.
