Traffic noise - big bypass close to estate creates a lot of noise. 20 minute walk to bus stops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a lot of snagging issues but all dealt with within a few months

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The sun, the garden, lack of parking and transport.

Shops and pubs all around 20 min walk away except for one pub 2 minutes away. Parking is shocking, no room to park for guests which is made worse by the on-site traffic (which that part is understandable) Traffic noise is so-so due to the big dual carriage away located in sight.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, after several weeks and chasing a few times. Still waiting on more issues to be dealt with.

Early morning builders, 6 days a week.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Absolutely love our new home I purchased the Souter , had perfect bedroom sizes as I have teenagers who want double beds with plenty of space for large wardrobes and study space The houses are so light and airy and very warm houses the house has everything and family need , Perfect location with lots of walks and country side but also close to schools and public transport with walking distance, also walking distance to the cartonwood shopping complex . I have not experienced any anti social behaviour and do not hear any traffic noise , the estate has ample parking, it’s an up and coming estate where people are going to want to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had no problems at all with my home I am completely happy with everything from start to finish

I am thankful that my garden is a sunshine garden which I didn’t know until I moved in so that was a wonderful surprise
