You don't own your house if you buy from Berkeley, very poor staff on after-sale matters

This builder is unethical and ridiculous. I bought a house in Hartland village and my transfer contract plan clearly states a part as our demise without any limitations. But they will ricdulously said I cant use my demise, and I cannot use that spot for home improvements. They then use another unfair terms that we need their approval over everything even if that it is unrelated to the demise issue and I legally own it. So basically you are only a rent tenant under their unfair terms and their unprofessional staff that call a stag a horse and reject everything. Don't buy from them and be cheated!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is absolutely no shops and playable park in the area and cannot walk to the nearest town, so you have to drive to get anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

mainly the same issue I have mentioned, if I know they are so unethical and abuse this unfair terms, I wouldn't have purchase from them.

What is the best feature of your home:

Nothing stands out really, old school design, slightly better than the lowest quality builder.
