We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Hampstead Gates is an elegant conversion of a Victorian school, straddling Ryland Road and Prince of Wales Road in Kentish Town, Camden. The development sits adjacent to the green space of Talacre Gardens, and benefits from fantastic transport links via Kentish Town West Overground and Zone 2 Kentish Town tube.

Beautiful heritage building which has been renovated. It feels safe and secure and the converge service is great. There is a community vibe with many residents knowing each other and a communal WhatsApp group. The courtyard is very quaint and perfect for a sunny day. A brilliant example of restoring a building to be a liveable piece of heritage.
