I've lived all over Manchester and its pretty decent this building, didn't really have any issues at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to move into the centre as most places can be over priced. The place was quite modern and homely!!!

Relatively quiet area, not had any issues. Convenient location. Warm through winter. Nice and clean when I moved in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Reported a broken tap in kitchen and they came same day to fix

Can't really think of anything, I wasn't hear long but had a nice experience

Well ran development, staff friendly and reliable to make an enjoyable living experience. Always someone on reception to collect deliveries etc. Free car parking underneath building with 24 hour surveillance. Apartments completely soundproofed and it works perfectly. No complaints

Is a great location, in the middle of the city centre but not right in the centre so it has the best of both worlds. Local bars and shops close by

How high the council tax is but it is the city centre so to be expected really.

24 hour concierge service and excellent sound proofing in apartment

Overall, I like how ecofriendly the building tries to be by encouraging recycling. I like the general design of the building inside and out. The views from my room are nice. Its' very convenient to live here.

I like the building and architecture and transport links but the canal behind us could be cleanner.

Nothing, I was happy with everything when moving in.

I love how convenient that area is the transport is everywhere you can use the tramline and the trains and everything is very close by. Everything is within 2 minutes walking distance and the are to me is pretty.

It can get noisey on weekends and it is bad because i live on the first floor

Overall, this is a nice place to live. It does get very noisy being next to deansgate. The windows only open half way which means it can get very warm. I would say that my place is modern and decorated nicely.

My apartment is ver central and excellent transport links. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy on weekends.

Nothing, except about the noise everything was communicated well.
