Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great area. Beautiful location to live. That is one of the good points. Griffith Avenue is beautiful
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very poor responses to problems. Frequently without a lift or hot water.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that the management of the complex was so poor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Griffith Wood is located in a family friendly neighbourhood. The roads have good connections towards the city centre, but also away from it. There is a street about five minutes away for daily needs like a small super market, butcher and cafe, but it does take 20+ minutes to get to the bigger stores and restaurants. For dog owners, there is a park in the area in which you could play some fetch.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The reception always has someone around and they are able to help with a lot of the questions I have had. There even is 24/7 covering.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to mind for me personally. Perhaps it would be good to know that there is a crash in the area for busy parents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to the city centre and access to the city is really easy. And excellent view from our apartment with the view of the sea.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. They have always responded very quickly to whatever issues we we had.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I am happy with whatever I have already experienced so far. Looking forward to more years to come here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
While the 123 bus comes directly to Griffith Wood, there’s not too much in the local neighborhood. It’s a beautiful tree lined street and right around the corner you have a small market, a butcher, hardware shops, bakery and pharmacy but it’s a bit of a walk to any large supermarket. Not many restaurants or shops nearby, but it’s a nice suburban feel.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve lived in Griffith Wood for 2.5 years, and one of the best parts of the experience has been the maintenance team—Jason and Tommy. They’re absolute pros who can handle any task, big or small, with what feels like wizard-level skill. They’re friendly, approachable, professional, and rightfully take pride in what they do. On the rare occasion I’ve needed help with my apartment, I’ve never had to worry—Jason and Tommy are always there within a day to sort things out. They genuinely care about keeping Griffith Wood in top shape, and the complex truly wouldn’t be the same without them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s a bit of a fishbowl living experience with many close apartments and floor to ceiling windows- fine if you don’t mind or keep your blinds down!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I just moved in recently, and everything looks great so far. Jonathan was incredibly helpful and managed to get me moved in within a week of viewing the apartment—everything went so smoothly and quickly thanks to him. The apartments are new and really nice, and I’m looking forward to exploring the area more and becoming part of the community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far, the building management has been very responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any questions or minor concerns I’ve had since moving in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’d recommend checking out the communal areas, which are even nicer in person and a great bonus to the development.
