Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have really enjoyed living in the area. There is a good range of shops, restaurants and GB and other amenities nearby, and I find the location convenient for day-to-day life and getting around. The area is generally pleasant and welcoming, and I particularly appreciate having local facilities and public transportation within easy reach, easy access to university .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have raised a question or issue, the team has been approachable, professional and responsive. They are always willing to listen and help, and I have found them supportive and considerate. Their communication with residents is also very good, with regular updates about the building and any relevant activities or changes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew everything before i moved in ,the viewing experience was great from the very beginning. They were very responsive, answered all my questions quickly, and provided detailed and helpful information.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really enjoyed living in the area and had a very positive experience overall. It was a lovely place to live, and I have no complaints about my time there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was happy with how the management handled any concerns I raised during my stay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in particular. I had a lovely experience overall, and there is nothing I wish I had known before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area by the river is ok but still being developed. Partick is nice and it is neat to the Kelvingrove Park which is beautiful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't really had building issues so this is not applicable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be good to have a better idea of the council tax before moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No bad aspects, this is truly in the heart of the west end and close to any exits/highways. Pretty amazing!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quick discussion, immediate action and zero issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None, everything was described and explained during induction and first week.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It has been a very pleasant experience, no anti-social behaviour, next to several big supermarkets, fairly close to the West-End of Glasgow, nice restaurants and bars in the area and public transport is accessible (10min walk to the Underground). I think it was good!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reporting system is fairly smooth, and the few times I had to report something (actually the only time I did) they fixed the issue within a day, and it was not even an urgent request. So 10/10!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The thing I would share is that at the end you don't really know your neighbourhood until you have moved in. Once you move in you discover whether the location is actually convenient or not. For me it was very convenient given the accesibility to work, but for others it might be a bit out of the way. Depends on your preferences!
