Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location ! Super peaceful with a nice river view. The building’s really pet-friendly and has plenty of green space, which is perfect if you’ve got a dog. Starbucks right across the street is a huge bonus too. I actually stayed at one of the competitor buildings in town before this, and the price was way higher — plus the noise was awful. I could hear everything all night, especially on weekends, and barely slept. This place is the complete opposite. Definitely a 10/10.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If there’s ever an issue, you just report it and they get back to you almost immediately with a suggested repair date and time. If it’s something urgent, they’ll even call out the out-of-hours team to sort it. I had a problem with my door once on a weekend and they sent someone out and got it fixed. Really good service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you love sunrises, go for a river-facing apartment. In the morning, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise from your window or balcony. I like having my coffee with this view — seeing the sun’s reflection on the river is absolutely stunning.

It’s a great location, close to the west end but also on the river. I think it’s very underrated as a location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with my washing machine - it was sorted quickly and efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d engaged more with the social events when I first moved in, they made a huge impact on connecting me with others and that made me feel at home. The granary quays apartment block had a great feeling, staff and residents were respectful and kind and everyone gets on well.

Living in my local area is fantastic! The apartment buildings are modern, well-maintained, and always kept clean, making it a comfortable place to call home. One of the best perks is how close everything is—there’s a great supermarket just a short walk away, so grocery shopping is super convenient. The neighborhood also has lovely cafes, stylish boutiques, and cozy restaurants with delicious food. Public transport is excellent, with bus stops and a metro station nearby, making it easy to get around. The streets are quiet and peaceful, with plenty of green spaces to relax in. Overall, it’s a safe, clean, and vibrant place to live with everything you need right at your doorstep!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been incredibly responsive—any issues I’ve reported, like minor maintenance requests or noise concerns, were addressed promptly and professionally. Their communication is excellent, and they always follow up to ensure the problem is fully resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I wish someone had told me to remember to return the apartment keys to the front desk when moving out—otherwise, there's a deduction fee.

Very good proximity to everything that you need. It is at a good 5 to 10 mins walk from shopping centre and subway station , making everything convenient. Being 10 mins away from the busy streets also makes living very peaceful. The harbor is a go to place for daily walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly. They have a really good management team and at any time you need assurances they are there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The beautiful view of the harbour and the green space, it was a big surprise.
