Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a great combination of eateries and bars and numerous supermarkets all within shortwalking distance. Very diverse with quite a vibe. Again, within short walking distance there are regular bus, train and underground services. In comparison to the buzz of Dumbarton Road the Clyde Walkway can be surprisingly peaceful. The cycle ways go for miles in all directions.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Again, the app is great for maintenance requests. These were carried out quickly at a convenient time for both parties.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Probably just how good a vibe the area has. Also just how comfortable living here is. If I had known I wouldn’t have taken so long to decide!

I like the area a lot specially the Starbucks and the west end I think it’s very safe. I’m very community different.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location close to excellent transport links for both public transport and drivers. Good variety of local shops as well as supermarkets within walking distance. On street parking can be challenging at times but you can usually find a space. Parking is available in the underground car park at an additional cost. There are plenty of open spaces to enjoy in and around Granary Quay. Victoria Park is a short 15 minute or so walk with your dog (GQ allows pets in certain apartments). In 6 months of living at Granary Quay we have not encountered any anti-social behaviour, and traffic noise is not an issue either.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems or issues raised have been noted and acted upon quickly. Maintenance issues have been resolved in a reasonable turn- around time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Most things were covered in our viewing. Try to get a car park space close to the entrance coned off for access when moving in - reception can assist if advised in advance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great and so is the access to public transit. The building is well designed. The common area is a great aspect as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond quickly and are on top of building maintenance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything has been great and I could not think of anything I wish I would have known beforehand.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The amenities and access to them is all you can wish for and more. Shops, restaurants, bars, activity centres, parks and much more in the local area with transport links such as bus terminals and stops, frequent taxis passing by and an underground and train station only 15 minute walk away! The area is vibrant and multi cultural with social activities arranged by the development staff allowing you to experience new activities and enter dialogue with fellow residents you may never get the chance to do in other accommodation. Parking underground has been so helpful as although public transport allows me to get to work having the option to take the car out and for it to be safe when parked up is a big bonus. This is also due to the fact that outside the development people park on the double yellow line areas meaning a lot of space for parking is limited and parking can be at times an adventure to say the least! Noise in the area, despite the “busy” nature of the area, is kept to a minimum with the flats offering great soundproofing from the buzz outside at times. It’s a development which offers you calm and a feeling of security.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Efficiently and effectively as there were issues with DD set ups and via various continual communication in person and via emails the matters were eventually resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To take more advantage of the social activities set up and ask for the possibility for certain changes to be made to “classes” at the gym adding new ones potentially.
