Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Granary Quay is in an excellent position. Close to the Centre and to the West End. The area provides everything necessary for everyday life, including two major shopping centres. For anything else, a short bus or metro ride (less than 20 mins in both cases) leads to all services someone might need. While being so much immersed in the city, the building is still quiet and protected from traffic and noise of the very close Dumbarton Rd. Sometimes, I have the impression of living outside the city and this is very relaxing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff is great! Every time I had a problem, they responded quickly and effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The availability of common areas adds a lot of value. The design of the apartments is great and it makes it possible to live comfortably in a small space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
What a wonderful place to live . The apartment and the location are exactly what we were looking for with great local amenities and transport links across Scotland . Securing an underground parking space in Glasgow is an essential and Granary Quay could provide this.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I found the whole GQ management team to be so helpful and supportive in so many ways . I can honestly say that I interacted with everyone and found them to be so eager to assist and make my experience there of such a high standard. I would like to thank Hannah, Gemma, Laurie, Eilidh, Emily and Jordan for their assistance they are an excellent team of people
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I had all of the information I required to make my decision

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent for anyone studying or working at the University of Glasgow; it is about a 25 minute walk to campus, and you can walk part of the way alongside the river. There are good transport links (approx 15 minute walk to Partick station, with subway and rail access) or about 5 minute walk to bus stops at Dumbarton Road (including 77 bus to the airport). There's a good variety of coffee shops and pubs on Dumbarton as well. I don't have a car, and find the location quite friendly for pedestrians and using public transport--if you are a cyclist, there are many cycling paths as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick to respond and have communicated very effectively
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known there aren't any closets or storage (other than bedroom closets) in the studio flats

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good we have a McDonald’s and M&S, Morrison and Lidl nearby as well as the subway, and railway lines. Bad thing is that the road is one way so it’s a pain to get out in the morning.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very well and quick! I have never had to wait several days for help
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That we didn’t get an extra chair included as stated on move in day
