range of shops and easy to get into town for the bars. Parking is available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

not had any problems up to now. But is easy to report any problems

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good nearby shops and retail such as Premier and Lidl. There have been increase in crime rates, car theft and ASB recently. Although this has been met with increased police patrol in the estate

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have fixed a few issues and defects but some still outstanding and being referred to the council - roads, street lighting etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lay your back garden turf as soon as possible. It would save you so much money and energy - rotivating, weeding and topsoil etc…

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fretson Park Development is located in very good area, close to city centre and close to all public transport however the area doesn’t have any facilities for kids within development which could be nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am not too sure who was responsible but while fixing our shower we had to remind ourselves few times which was a bit Annoying

Nothing really to say in that box maybe expect the internet isnt well

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not really any local shops, restaurants bars etc. Local park is fine, not amazing though, tend to go further afield. Some thefts reported in local area but neighbours are nice. Bins good, no traffic noise. Transport is fairly poor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Bad at fixing snags and the man who came to fox some things did them so wrong another person had to come and redo them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn’t realise the garden would just be a muddy slope.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development isn’t really near many shops or bars etc. There’s a mini supermarket at 10 minutes walk away but that’s about it. The street is great and the people are great. But the slightly wider area is a bit less pleasant. But the road is generally very peaceful and quiet, little traffic or people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well at the start but often with very poor communication. Not knowing when people were coming and then them just turning up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The state of the garden, it was a very steep rubble covered slope which was meant to be smoothed and with topsoil.
