We are very close to the city centre and it’s a private and safe area close to local cafes and beautiful parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are so quick to address any problems I have in my flat.

I wish I moved in sooner because I really enjoy living here.

Nearby train stations and bus stops although not many shops nearby. Also, parking availability is bad and cost for tenants is high for parking slots.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response time and always aiming to keep tenants satisfied

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Landlord won’t allow any air conditioning unit to be installed even with the tenants covering the cost.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful location and easy to walk city centre. Kids playground is easy to access and park for kids is with a walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every problem is solved immediately. When I have any problem I contact to manager.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only one thing is that lounge is more likely study place. But I thought I can use this place with my kid freely.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Frederick House is located in a very convenient location with easy access to prominent bus links, short walks to the supermarket, and close to town centre as well. This area however is a constantly developing area, and often find some heavy noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building maintenance is generally easy to request and quick to respond.

Everything was really clear before moving in. The property manager made sure I had everything I needed prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great and safe location, enjoy living here, 15 minute walk to the city centre through a nice path by the river.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is great and they have quick responses and fix problems perfectly.

I wish I had known the bills much more precisely before I moved in.
