Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I find the location of Foundry Yard quite convenient for getting around in london, thanks to its proximity to Alexandra Palace railway station and Wood Green tube station. The railway trains are not always reliable and seem to be often cancelled, however. The west side of the railway is a lit tidier as an area, although Wood Green offers a wider variety of mainstream shops. Foundry Yard is nicely located in between them. I also like that there is already a cafe and a small Coop supermarket in the complex, and I hope the range of services increases over time. The neighbours in the blocks next to mine can be sometimes a bit noisy and keep their balconies untidy and with things that are not supposed to be there, such as barbecues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded to issues flagged regarding the building as a whole, and they have contacted me about maintenance for my flat, but the fixes are yet to be put in place.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish it had been made more clear how many people have access to the leisure centre

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good range of facilities locally at Wood Green, Turnpike Lane and further afield in Hornsey and Crouch End. Not much directly near the flats other than the Co-op though, but that's very handy. Walking distance of a lot of tube and train stations and a bus route through the development. Parking is absolutely terrible - highly restricted for the most part and overloaded when restrictions are not in effect. Bins so far have been fine, but there doesn't seem to be many for the number of flats in the block. Moderate noise at night from the environs and more at the weekend but pretty good. No ASB spotted other than some weed smoking nearby and some police action at the Co-op. In the Resident's Handbook, it claims that parking permits are possible to get (they are not unless you're disabled) and to contact the West Mall car park for a discount (I did and never heard anything). It would be good if the details in the handbook were double checked and regularly updated. Some of it feels quite hurriedly put together.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On moving in, there was dog mess in the hallway of the block, which was dealt with fairly quickly, although the cleaner came to the flat not the ground floor entrance, and let themselves in without knocking, which was a bit of a shock! Other issues we've raised have been dealt with on occasion, but issues / questions emailed take a long time to get a response or are ignored.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The flats are going to be very hot in summer unless the window restrictors are made less restrictive...!

We have already lived in Wood Green for a year before moving to here and love the area with everything on the doorstep. Close to Alexander palace and to central London .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have and very quickly with solutions sorted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Easy access to everything you need - very short walk to the mall and high street; at least 3 different supermarkets, fashion stores, sports stores, large discount retail store and many food options. Bus stop nearby and 10-15 minute walks to 3 stations along Piccadilly and Great Northern lines. Some traffic and construction sounds, especially in the day time but not intolerable. Family-friendly as it’s generally safe with security and there’s a little playground nearby. It’s also walking distance to several schools.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly, effectively and with respect of our preferences.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s a pretty high-tech project that relies on Bluetooth and good data/internet access so for international tenants to set up their local UK numbers asap. That’s all. Everything else has been great!

Really conveniently located being so close to Wood Green. Feels safe although I don’t regularly see the safety officers that we were told to expect when we moved in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have been helpful and communicative when responding to issues raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Requirements on the windows - may seem like a small thing but really affected our living experience during the summer.
