Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a beautiful place to live it is homely, quiet , friendly and safe. It is like a little community. They have just built a little children’s play park which is really nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been brilliant , they told us any problems to go over to the office on the estate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there was a local shop that would be very useful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a shopping centre nearby which is ideal, but we could do with a smaller convenience store. We have had a few break-ins which are due to the area. So security measures on the building sites could be better. I have a dog so would like more walking routes to be available to me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Go to the showhome as often as possible and measure for your furniture etc. it really helps with moving in. Make sure you have the flooring booked in asap after moving in as the dust is a nightmare on the concrete floors.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

When the properties were being built there was a temporary entrance created in front of my property, for diggers etc. we've lived here for 3 years now and that entrance has never been closed. It's a main, busy road so I'd like it to be closed as I'd feel safer with having a dog and eventually children.

No bus service close but have small shopping centre within walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a problem with staircase but that and anything else was solved quickly and efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No internal door to garage, after all Taylor Wimpy did advertise house with integral garage (Clever Marketing)
