We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The houses all look very appealing, they are made from good materials making the designs aesthetically pleasing. There is a good mix of house types making the area look nice. The green areas around the estate also make the area more pleasant to live in and for the children to play on

I have had no problems regrading my house that have needed to be amended. I do know others that have that have been quite quickly sorted. My only flaw is that my front garden has a tree that I would rather dispose of to be able to tarmac the rest of my drive

It's a nice looking area with open green areas which are maintained well. It is still a work in progress as areas are still being built and roads are unfinished but generally it all looks good and if it is completed to the same standards then it will be lovely

The first two phases of the estate were well thought out. Spaces for parking, grassy areas, nice planting, houses nicely spaced out. Newer houses are crammed together with very narrow roads and small gardens. We are still waiting on a park which we were promised in phase 2. We pay around £150 a year for the service charge.

Brilliant design. Everyone has their own private gardens without being too cramped in and plenty of parking without there being too many cars parking / blocking the road. Designed so my spot is on a hill and can see some great views too. Nice big kitchen and plenty of light in the house.
