Very convenient for me.. my family live in this area..nice neighbours. Good transport links and shops etc..

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded quite quickly and jobs dealt with quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some neighbours are quite messy and throw their rubbish bags on the floor and not in the bins..lots of rats in the car park, this is very unhygienic and dirty.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have shopping centre by one or two mins walk like alsi , tesco and morrison, likdle farm food.the bus stop is just one step away Alot of resturent near by. Post Office is near by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very soon they respond within minutes if you have any issue

My partner was living in this area before and he had very positive opinion

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is 10/10 and the bus stop is right outside the flat which is convenient. The bins however are full of rats all the time. There is fly tipping outside the flat and my car got broken in to. The fact Ivy house is right next to a postal factory is also hell on earth, constantly men shouting and running for the bus and huge wagons which illegally keep their engines on at 6 in the morning 3 metres away from your window which has caused us major disturbance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not too bad depends on the issue. They changed the rent payment option portal and it’s been useless having to pay manually for about 4 months with no improvements

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area, its dodgy, antisocial, loud from the factory next door with workers and loud wagons. No postal room or Conceirge so people can easily see your parcels in the window and rob them
