The surrounding area is fantastic. Very clean and spacious, lots of nearby food places in walking distance. HOME is just down the road and has a big outdoor screen in the summer which shows a variety of films and sporting events.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve been very helpful and responded to my queries immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Square Gardens puts me within easy reach of a fantastic range of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars—from big-name brands to independent gems. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and coffee spots just minutes away, plus cultural venues like the Bridgewater Hall and HOME arts centre on my doorstep. Transport is excellent, with Deansgate and Oxford Road stations a short walk away, plus frequent buses and tram connections across the city; the only downside is that traffic can get busy at peak times. On my street, there’s limited parking, but bin collections are regular, and the area feels safe with minimal anti-social behaviour. Despite being in the city centre, noise levels are surprisingly low thanks to well-designed buildings.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been quick, professional, and friendly in addressing any issues I’ve raised, resolving them efficiently and keeping me informed throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how active the social community is—there are regular events that make it easy to meet people, which really helped me settle in faster than I expected. Also, parking is very limited nearby, so I’d recommend planning alternative transport options before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are good transport links. You’re no more than 15 minutes from 2 train stations and the motorway. Grocery stores are close with asda express and sainsbury local close by. There is a small area with a couple bars and some restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the city center.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We initially had problems with the water heater and washing machine in unit. Within 24 hours a maintenance team had looked at the issue and resolved the problem.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There isn’t a dedicated mail slot for each flat or a parcel room accessible to tenants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall it’s a very central area and easy access to most places. Quiet and safe and certainly one of the best locations in the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, it’s a new building so as expected there are a few teething issues but building management team are on top of it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been great to know that the gym and co working spaces wouldn’t be ready for a couple more months. However we can still use acer facilities.
