The location is great, easy access into town. Unfortunately cars aren’t safe parked around the buildings, often get broken into, I’ve even seen it happening a couple of times from my when up at 5am.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very well, any teething issues being a new apartment they have dealt with quickly.

It is extremely difficult to get a private car parking space

Very close to City Centre, 5 minutes walk to Deansgate, 20-25 min walk to Arndale Centre 3 min walk to local Co-op store

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast response to my problem of misbehaving from my neighbor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is better for me to know if there is any ventilation system in the flat.

surrounded by shops, gyms, park and all the main bars. Parking outside not safe unfortunately

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes many times, especially when I complained about some noise

When you open the window is noisy outside cause there is a main junction

Perfect location and perfect facilities. Brand new gym and pool. Two terraces with amazing views all over Manchester

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very prompt and helpful. Most of the issues are sorted within 24/48 hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I known that I had to wait over a year for pool and gym to be open.

Good: 5 mins walk from Metro Bad : Sometimes a bit noisy from the construction site

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is helpful, nice and effective.
