We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Well thought out small unit of 6 flats, roomy, spacious, clean. Could do with more frequent touching up but then that would increase the fees so it’s a trade off! Bin cupboard outside the main unit is a plus as it keeps the area more clean. Car parking thoughtfully considered too.

Well thought out living space with variants in design for an overall look of the area, with different property styles to appeal to all tastes. Close to schools, shops, pubs and coffee shops with excellent transport links. A great sales experience with swift and efficient management aftercare.

A good contrast in design of the properties, with a variation of size and living arrangements to cover a variety of individual household needs. The overall development is of a good size, not over developed and in parts it could be said that a ‘Mews’ style has been adapted. The downside however, like most developments, is the lack of additional space and parking. Overall the development, management, property management and particularly the sales team were excellent. All displayed professionalism, a willingness to please and deliver in all aspects.

The layout of the development is good but the roads are very narrow . The design of my house is excellent and the way the different designs is very good . We have a good choice of schools for all ages and local amenities include gyms, college , restaurants, pubs, tesco express, and other shopping . There are nearby parks with open spaces with minutes walk which are very well kept and respected by the local children . It is quiet at night and never any issues with disturbances. Overall a lovely place to live .

Pros: Very happy with our property. Good design, plenty of space, with decent driveway and garden. Good outlooks front and back. Property still feels new, even 6 years after construction. Cons: Multiple snagging items when we first moved in, including wonky staircases, poor garden drainage, and a number of things due to poor attention to detail by the construction team. All issues were dealt with swiftly by Taylor Wimpey and to our satisfaction. In the six years since, we have noticed noisy floorboards and cracks in ceilings and walls, common results of home settling and easily reparable.
