Been here for over a year now and there have been 4 different site managers and now no-one who you can contact about the defects that we encountered over a year ago which still have not been done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

People on this site have been waiting years for their defaults to be fixed.

What is the best feature of your home:

Has blown down YET. Hasn't subsided with flooding YET.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You can fault Truro for living in . It has everything and more that you need on your door step and is in the middle so can go to over destinations very easily

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good the house designs are lovely ! Bad the after care and there word lets it down plus some of the shoddy workmanship on the finishing off of the house

What is the best feature of your home:

Probably where we are in the estate Gwel Ke is lovely wouldn't want too be in any other part of the estate

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lidl and Tesco/Truro town center nearby. Limited bus route nearby and Truro station 20 minute walk. Street is fairly quiet at night but noisy during the day due to construction as well as children in the summer. Parking availability everywhere leading to people parking recklessly on the street. Residents do not cover their trash during bin collection causing widespread filth.

What is the best feature of your home:

It is a house and I am content to accept its imperfections.

The location is really convenient for town, though public transport links aren’t great on main road

The amount of work needed to make the garden useable.

What is the best feature of your home:

Main bedroom with ensuite is a great feature combined with main bathroom.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great for all local services. 10 minute walk to the centre of Truro and all its attractions. Main supermarkets are all close by, Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi and Waitrose. On the estate parking is OK where we are. There are problems with selfish parking around the estate eg on bends. Bin collections are good. Pity that some houses on the estate still put black sacks out for the seagulls to rip apart!!

In hindsight would not of bought some of the extras we did. Would of been much cheaper to get done after we moved in and probably better quality.

What is the best feature of your home:

New build so little work required when we moved in. We love the area and are quite happy with the house.
