Poor road conditions outside the estate, far away from train station if no private transportation, nice walking distance to shops and supermarkets

There is no separation e.g. fence in the front of the house between two new weaver houses

The family bathroom contains both shower and bathtub

Good aspects would be that the home is near the local hospital. Shopping facilities such as Morrisons Daily and Morrisons nearby is very efficient. Queen's Park, a sprawling Victorian park, offers picturesque walking routes and lakes, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exercise. However, it is a great distance from the town centre as well as the retail park.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the company had not completely processed planning permissions. The orientation in relation to sunrise and sunset.
What is the best feature of your home:
The estate is very spacious and features wide roads, plenty of trees and greenery. I'm a fan out the scenery.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great range of shops, supermarkets and places to eat and drink. Super convenient transport links, being located 2 miles away from the train station. Bin collections regular and on time. Some noise being situation on the front or west street, a very busy road. Some occasional anti social behaviour on the weekends late at night.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we did a more thorough snagging inspection!
What is the best feature of your home:
The open plan kitchen and living room area which is the main reason for purchasing the property.
