Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hill Top Drive is very close to local shops and medical centre, which makes it very convenient. Buses run quite frequently as well and it takes only 10 min to get to Rochdale Centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management mostly responded positively to the issues. There were few instances where I had to argue my case. Which shouldn’t happen.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish to know how my garden would look like before buying my house. I wasn’t make aware that there will be a massive slope

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is terrible. Drive for 1 car. These days a household needs minimum 2 cars. Can't park on the street because gleesons have made the road too narrow so you or guests can't park on the street. The area feels cramped with houses.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have corrected all issues when it's been raised.

How cramped the areas are and how narrow the street is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ample parking and plenty of green. Noise levels are low and pleasant but do have the occasional drunkens. People tend to be friendly but to themselves and a lot of yobs do cause nuisance around the neighbourhood. Not experienced this myself though. The bus drivers driving through are ridiculous. If you have kids keep them away from the roads. These bus drivers ain’t stopping for nothing. They are very abusive and intimidating.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They did respond well and get most the stuff done. But you need to always argue your case.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They say not to bring a builder or snagger with you. Defo do get that. Assure you have a tick list upon inspection so not to miss anything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am new to this area but I am slowly getting used to it. There are a few essential stores within 5-10min walking distance. There is local community center, medical center, pharmacy,chippy etc nearby. There is a bus stop right in front of the development towards Rochdale city center. Registered with the council on week one and the bins were delivered and collections are prompt. I have a driveway so parking isn't a problem at all. Since my property is on a cul se sac there is no traffic noise either.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a few cosmetic issues and some other bits. They have an app on which you can report a defect and within 24hrs the site team will contact you and provide assistance.

Viewing the plot before you book will be a good idea. Regarding the terrain, view and garden size etc

Not a bad street to live on
