We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

It is a nice place to live for the location and everything is positive from sales to move in,however after moved, felt really lovely,we had some issues in the balcony and someone came to check after 2 months.I guess this is not really effective

The design of all buildings around looks all great and gives a lovely village feeling. The facilities which is provided are perfect, concierge which is able to take care of packages, cleaning service of the building and the management team is nice and friendly and always willing to help with any questions.

The buildings itself are good designed, the insides of the flats are nicely finished! If I can change something about it, I will suggest tiles on the wall of the kitchen as there is no way to keep the wall clean. The concierge is a great service, amazing for deliveries! However, as we pay quite a lot of service charge it is disappointing the there is only every quarter a window cleaner, which is needed more often! It is good that the management act when something is happening! For example with the bike thefts!

The design of North Greenwich rivals the best of London design and it has a Scandinavian feel to it, think Copenhagen :) Literarily, as you step out of the North Greenwich tube station you’ll start to see the art installations, on the riverside but also on the mirroring walk to the river. In the words of one of our guests who came to visit us: ‘ it looks like this place is a competition in design! Each building or facility gets nicer and nicer to look at, as you walk!’ Soon the Design District will be built, and with Ravensbourne University of Design right opposite it, North Greenwich will become THE focus place for designers in London! The facilities are stunning, the Tide bridge incredibly beautiful to walk on, the riverside has creative benches to rest and relax and there are even meditation spots along beautiful peaceful areas at the tap of button. The building management that manages our development is Rendall&Rittner and so far we are happy with them. They provide high quality customer service through their polite and helpful staff members, insights and reminders through their community newsletters, a parcel collection service, and their fees are reasonable. R&R also help us to connect to property management teams should any problems arise. We have appreciated their support in times of need, such as lift breaking down or car park door being blown away by the wind! Thank you.

Given this was built in September 2019 I think the build should be more updated, for example the radiators should be more modern like the tall ones that don’t take up too much room. The quality of materials used I don’t think are the best, things easily dent/mark. I don’t like how the walls are all plasterboard and not brick.
