Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Elephant Park has been incredibly well developed since we have lived here but the area remains dangerous at times with several tenants having their phones stolen. Not the buildings fault but worth mentioning. Living in zone 1 definitely has it perks as it does not take more than 30 mins to get anywhere in London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Lack of communication with one issue we had but repairs have always happened promptly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the facilities except the gym are open until 10pm. I think that the rent is expensive and we should therefore have 24/7 access to the facilities to reflect this.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I've been living in this area for 5 years and a half and love it. Elephant and castle keeps developing every year at an insane rate. It has become very lively and it is also very well connected, allowing you to travel to most important areas of london.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues raised either at the reception or through the resident portal were addressed very fast and solved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the importance of the resident portal. I had bad experienced with this kind of portals before, where all requests were ignored, but this is not the case here which I appreciate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
5 min walk to tube and the buses are directly outside taking you easily to anywhere major in town. Elephant Park has great restaurants and shops. Bad? Phone thieves.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues, there is onsite maintenance person. Very accessible
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Elephant Park is a great neighborhood. Growing with activities. The bus stop out front takes you all over London with ease. Tube is 20 min ride door to door to Picadilly. Only upsides. Sainsbury’s and Tesco express are near. Wander Walworth for pharmacies and health food store.
