Blue water is just around the corner, lovely outdoor areas and feel a real sense of community. Even though it’s very new! It’s very quiet and peaceful!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and even worked out of hours to resolve (ben)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe some Information on waste disposal or help with this for the first move in.

I wish I accounted for more bathroom storage space!

Just a 5-minute drive from the A2. The area is generally quiet, though it can get quite busy with traffic in the mornings.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Just moved into my new home and couldn't be happier with the aftercare! Ellie-Mai has been absolutely amazing – incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or issues I've had. It's reassuring to know there's someone so reliable on hand during the moving process. Thanks again for the great support, Ellie-Mai! Marc Butler was very helpful with the pre move process Lovely team Thank you

I wish I had known how busy the morning traffic can get — it’s a quiet area overall, but rush hour can cause delays."
