I live in a lovely quiet little street. In over 3 years we have never experienced an issue. No noise from traffic , our living room is on the back of the house so it’s really peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes .i have always found them to be quite helpful and resolve any issues I have had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure you take a good look at the garden before you complete your sale . Sometimes a slight slope isn’t a slight slope at all.

The best part about living around here, has to be the amazing views, lovely walks, you feel like your in the middle of nowhere, yet you are so close to busy towns/amenities at the same time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We only raised a couple issue with them as it was too much of a headache, so just sorted any other issues ourselves. Like we would do with any other house we’d bought,

That neighbours are really lovely, would do anything for you.

Parkings fantastic. Areas lovely! Lovely views Bin availability is great. Neighbours are lovely!! Wouldn’t fault the area.

Yes but we was out of warranty so nothing was done

Check all plugs as one of ours the plug won’t go in the socket.

very badly 7 months in still got defects with no sign of them being fixed

i wish we knew not to buy a gleesons home

Great location, right next to the canal, wonderful walks. Walking distance to train station. Some noise from trains but not enough to disturb. Some anti social behaviour from teenagers on park and canal but more than any other of surrounding areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all issues we have reported have been dealt with.

It’s a really nice family community. Make sure you check all the building snagging points properly and get them chased up as soon as possible.
