They also said there would be a pub. Now they have said it would be there. Just low level construction with false promises

They just put blame on each other. From one department to other

What is the best feature of your home:

Ground floor flat disabled access. Which it is not. Blame went to ukrain asylums coming into the country.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is good - two allocated spaces per property and visitors spaces. Bin collections are weekly. Traffic noise is limited as it is a cul de sac, just the ongoing building works during the week is still noisy. Buses are regular. The open spaces look like they are developing well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally all issues were responded to quickly, we were kept informed of works required and when someone would attend the property. Luckily I was still working from home due to covid restrictions, so I did not need to take time off work.
