Great property's for those getting on the ladder (but only if you have one car)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is a bit of a nightmare. We only have one allocated space and no guest spaces. The road outside is chockablock with parked cars. That said we dont hear much traffic.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how little we would spend on gas for heating.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

More parking spaces, with additional guest spaces.

Everything is 'just enough' to give a basic standard of living, but any and every expense has most definitely been spared.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a couple of shops and a pub within easy walking distance, and a couple more a longer walk away. The streets are occasionally visited by the BA14 crew which provide some late night entertainment for the residents. Off road parking is sufficient for 1-2 cars per household or more. Traffic calming keeps speeds down sufficiently for traffic to not be bothersome

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and efficiently. Our landlord has been agreeable and timely in responding to our queries and requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of traffic that uses our road, as it is the main thoroughfare in and out of a large amount of the estate.
