Lovely site but disappointing after sales service and avoidance of requests relating to missing facilities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Easy access to woodlands and walks nearby plus close to Ascot, Windsor, and Heathrow airport.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only one EV charging point for 57 properties although I believe some have EV points within their closed garages. Car ports have neither EV points nor basic electrical sockets for trickle chargers etc. Developer and estate management refuse to address.
What is the best feature of your home:
Proximity to woodlands. Attractive external designs with plenty of mature trees and green areas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location on London Road midway between Ascot and Bracknell High Street and connected to both M3 and Martins Heron South West Railways to get away to London - takes about 1 hour. Access to local pubs and restaurants. Lots of parks around the place.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes for non structural defects raised to-date however response time has been long, including over months
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The extractor in the kitchen does not allow a gas fireplace as it pulls all the air. We had to replace ours at a GBP 400 to an electric fireplace for safety reasons. Have raised the issue with Berkeley Homes as it is a structural defect. The chimney is next to the open space adjacent to the kitchen, so no ability to relocate the fireplace.
