We got possession in November 2018. Even though I insisted not in hurry to move they somehow managed to handover the keys on the specified date. It looks like they are forced to complete the house with a poor quality finish. For the last 2 years, I have been contacting customer service to fix so many issues. The response for the electrical issue is very poor I think they have subcontracted work to Clarkson Evans and they avoid doing any work. Just say it is not their fault for everything. I am very disappointed with their response.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the area as it is very close to junction 419 and very good and friendly neighbors.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew Lindon Holmes after-sales service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

It would have been a different builder other than Linden Homes.
