Very little local amenities and public transport links. Parking- cant even access my own drive properly! Traffic noise high due to main road.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How absolutely awful experience. Dont make them push you for their time frames, listen out for pushy sales tactics and call them out. Dont be forced into 'upgrades' or tricked when local tradesmen can do cheaper and better.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious living room, light and airy. That's about it, the rest does not live up to the hype.

Have lived on this estate for 4 years. Lovely neighbourhood and area. Never had an issue. Although personally I haven’t an issue with parking I do notice there are some people who park inconsiderately.

Refer a friend option to get a £500 voucher.

What is the best feature of your home:

Love my kitchen/dining room as I like an open plan kitchen dinning area

Still waiting for an amenities. I can’t believe that there still isn’t anything! Apparently being built end of this year but we shall see! Seems to be a lot of cars parking on the street now which makes driving round corners quite hard.

A lot of the extras can be done cheaper, ie kitchen cupboards are cheaper to replace than upgrade

What is the best feature of your home:

Keeps the heats in when it’s warm! Brilliant in winter but it is boiling in summer!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall this area is good to live in, there is a lot of green space, the facilities aren’t yet to be built but planning has been given the green light for a sainsburys and 4 other units/ coffee shops. My house in particular faces the main road so we do get traffic noise at night. Bin collections are on time and the neighbours all seem friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t think there is anything I wish I knew before I moved in; I’m pretty sure we were informed on everything. I would like to of been able to put things in the loft, I feel that’s a waste of storage space. You don’t get uber eats.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is definitely the master bedroom with the en-suite.

There's no much shops or restaurants really near the development, but within a 3 ou 4 minutes drive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would like to have the chance to actually see the house's inside before the actual purchase.

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden size. And I like the house layout and location.
