We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The overall estate is nice, nice layout could do better with more closes and cauld de sacs rather than big long main roads, the play area for children is very poor and disappointing- but the location gives to countryside views, would I buy on a brand new estate again- probably not due to drainage issues and snagging however it my home now and I have made some good friends from the estate.

Live on the outskirts of the development one way in and out the housing estate which can lead to traffic build up Shop on site school being built nice walk on estate and picnic tables quiet location even though it’s a big estate no trouble or issues nice neighbours

The layout of the development is good and not as crowded as other we have seen close by however the road layout on meadow way is poor where the roads change direction is a square like shape this throws on coming traffic towards pedestrians walking - its an accident waiting to happen, the islands are useless as most traffic go around the wrong way. And on Buttercup the cars and delivery drivers speed down the hill and clip the paths as no speed calming measures. The house is fantastic and most jobs are eventually done however it does take over 6 months from register and countless chasing, the site don't really want to know either - its a real shame.

The development seems to be well thought out. Houses are built with good space to avoid a claustrophobic feeling other sites have. The facilities are lovely with a shop, play area and school soon to be in the development. The proximity to the river with associated green space is beautiful. Design of the house types we considered catered to differing living styles, although some lacked adequate storage for a growing family. Our experience of building management has been exceptional. They have been great at ensuring any snagging was dealt with efficiently! We feel collectively on the estate that there needs to be more lighting as it is inadequate... perhaps we should all leave our Christmas lights up!

Love the houses, surroundings and location. Really well thought out and used the space well. The aftercare can be slow so needs improvement there but overall couldn’t be happier with our home. Lovely community spirit already building up on the estate!
