Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great if a frequent commuter to Manchester as 5 minutes from the motorway or Rochdale Station is a 5 minute drive/20minute walk. A high street with lots of shops, takeaways, salons and post office is a 5 minute walk. Big Asda and aldi is less than 10 minutes in the car. The area is kept really well lots of parking for the houses so not too many cars parked on the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been very friendly they do sort your snags however they were not the fastest

Nothing, we were well aware of everything as we visited a lot before we moved in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great place to live, lots of shops, pubs and restaurants close by. Super close to public transport too!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They ignored the majority of the snags and the ones they fixed it took around 6 months to get them to fix.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t really anything bad that I wish I knew before moving in. The estate is lovely.

Lovely working class community in the estate. Out of our area extremely rough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poor management from development company like Gleeson

The place were I live is in a good location for shops public transport the estate I live on is friendly ,and we have a good community around us ,the problem is not Balderstone or kirkolt it's some of the people who live on it ,the only issue we have is Queen Victoria Street,and the speed traffic come down it ,but hopefully the council are dealing with that ,the house design suits my needs and on Balderstone we're I live I haven't witnessed any bad behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I reported little jobs ,they were dealt with in reasonable time .

I would just say do your homework ,Balderstone is not a bad place to live , and all boroughs have council estate on them ,once you in your home you wouldn't think there was a bad estate out there.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very Quiet on the estate with only traffic being those that live here . Now the housing estate is complete (just waiting on the roads and pavements to be completed) it has a nice feel about the place . The down side is waiting for the Roads and pavements to be completed

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most things were dealt with in a timely manner when reported

Only bad thing I can point out is the roads and street lighting not being complete
