The location of Affinity Living is extremely convenient. It’s in comfortable walking distance to the city centre, the bus station is only few minutes on foot and supermarket is located downstairs. Cannot comment on the parking as I’ve never used it. Overall location is perfectly comfortable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always responded fast and helped with solving any issues that have appeared

Pretty much knew everything before moving in, and everything met my expectations

Affinity is great, it’s in a really quiet spacious area which is fab to get away from the bustle of inner city. It’s good location close to Arndale too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t yet raised any issues or problems but im sure they will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

It would probably have been good to be forewarned about how hot the apartments get but it’s nothing that can’t be tackled with a fan

I have been a resident of Affinity Living Riverview for three wonderful years. Overall, my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team at Affinity Living Riverview consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism. Their responsiveness to queries and maintenance concerns has been outstanding, making the living experience stress-free and reassuring.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Beyond the management team, the building itself is well-maintained, modern, and secure. Common areas remain spotless and inviting, and the amenities—like the communal lounge and courtyard—are thoughtfully designed and regularly updated.

All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Affinity Living Riverview to anyone seeking a warm, well-managed living experience. If you're looking for a place with a truly caring management team—especially Donna and Robert—you’ll feel right at home.

Living in my local area has its ups and downs. The range of local amenities is quite impressive: right downstairs. Though its prices and product quality are not that great, I sometimes go further to the Sainsbury's (a 5-minute walk away) and M&S (about a 10-minute walk) instead., a handful of cozy cafes (Cafe Nero) with great coffee, and several restaurants serving diverse cuisines. Transport links are generally convenient: a bus stop right at the end of the street connects to the city center in 12 minutes, and the nearest train station (Salford Central ) is a 12-minute walk away, with frequent services. However, rush-hour traffic can make buses unreliable, often adding 10-20 minutes to the commute. My street itself is quiet and residential, with mostly friendly neighbors. Parking is a bit tight—on weekends, it’s hard to find a spot due to visitors, but weekdays are manageable. Bin collections are regular. I’ve rarely encountered anti-social behavior, but traffic noise from the main road can be noticeable in the evenings. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live, with minor inconveniences that don’t overshadow its charm.

I would like to know the utility providers for water and electricity, as well as the payment methods. Additionally, I’m concerned whether the previous tenant properly completed the handover—they might have switched providers. I hope to receive support and guidance regarding this matter.

great location, really close to city centre, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, feels like a safe area

all issues have been dealt with quickly by management, both via whatsapp and email very swiftly

that we didn’t have a boiler but that was our mistake for not checking it was a hot water tank in the viewing
