Living in this Manchester city centre apartment development has been a pleasant experience, largely due to the exceptional amenities and helpful staff. The on-site management team is always approachable and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently. One of the standout features is the development's coffee shop. It's a cozy spot that serves as a perfect place to start the day or catch up with neighbors. The baristas are skilled and friendly, consistently brewing excellent coffee and offering a selection of pastries and light snacks. The on-site restaurant is another highlight. It offers a diverse menu with both local and international cuisine, catering to various tastes and dietary requirements. The quality of food is impressive, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a convenient option for dining without leaving the complex. The development boasts several other amenities that enhance the living experience. There's a well-equipped gym that's always clean and maintained, perfect for keeping up with fitness routines. The communal lounge area provides a comfortable space for relaxing or working remotely, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi. For those who cycle, the secure bike storage facility is a great addition. The 24/7 concierge service adds an extra layer of security and convenience, assisting with everything from package deliveries to booking local services. While city centre living can sometimes be challenging, the thoughtful amenities and attentive staff in this development significantly enhance the urban living experience. They've created a sense of community within the bustling city, making it feel like a true home rather than just an apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Manchester city centre offers a vibrant and diverse experience with both advantages and challenges. Here's a balanced review based on the criteria you've specified: Shops, Restaurants, Bars, and Open Spaces: The city centre boasts an excellent range of amenities. There's a wide variety of shops, from high-street brands in the Arndale Centre to independent boutiques in the Northern Quarter. The food scene is diverse and exciting, with options ranging from casual eateries to fine dining establishments. Manchester's bar culture is thriving, with numerous trendy cocktail bars and traditional pubs. However, green spaces are somewhat limited in the immediate city centre. While there are small parks like Piccadilly Gardens and St. John's Gardens, larger open spaces like Heaton Park require a short journey out of the centre. Transport Links: Manchester's transport network is generally convenient and well-connected. The free Metroshuttle buses are excellent for getting around the city centre. The Metrolink tram system provides good coverage to surrounding areas, and there are frequent bus services. Manchester Piccadilly station offers easy rail connections to other major cities. That said, during peak hours, public transport can become crowded, and there can be delays on the roads due to traffic congestion. Street Life and Living Conditions: Living on a city centre street can be exciting but comes with challenges. Parking is often a significant issue, with limited spaces and high costs for residents' permits. Bin collections are regular, but overflowing bins can be a problem in some areas, especially near popular nightlife spots. Noise can be a considerable drawback, particularly on weekends or during events. Traffic noise is constant in many areas, and nightlife can lead to disturbances, especially if you're living near busy bar areas. Anti-social behaviour can be an issue, particularly late at night or in areas with a high concentration of bars and clubs. However, the city centre generally feels safe with a visible police presence. In summary, offers a dynamic urban lifestyle with excellent amenities and transport links, but it comes with typical city living challenges like noise, limited parking, and occasional anti-social behaviour. It's ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced, culturally rich environment and don't mind sacrificing some peace and quiet for the convenience of city living.

Apart from the location, the building has 24hours reception which is great, they always try to help and lovely, friendly staffs. Though not as fancy as some with swimming pool but it accomode 99% of what you need. The Salford Central Station is just opposite the road, and a Tesco Express next door!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is unbeatable! Easy access to Market Street, Spinningfiled at your door step! For university student, it will take half an hour to school though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are quick in repsonding, reliable and responsible. Most of the staffs working here are very friendly and helpful and warm.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didnt realize till i talked to others knowing they paid less rental even living on a better floor! Felt ripped off. But that was two years ago, hope they have already found the loop. I reckon price varies depend on owners...

Good apartments let down by property management

Shu A (Tenant)

Apr 2024

Good development with nice apartments. Gym has a broken water fountain and instead of fixing it, was just taken away. Letting agent and property management is very poor compared to other buildings. False promises were made in order to sign contract regarding parking. Much more difficult to work with than other developers such as Vita or Saville.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great. Stone’s throw away from most shops, bars and restaurants. However, very busy to drive and difficult or pricey parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Respond quickly but are difficult to work with. They make you pay even for the smallest damage in compared to other developers.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking situation. Property management team being such a letdown too.

Overall Excellent but things to improve

Esteban (Tenant)

Dec 2023

The facilities and design of the building are good, but it is always very dirty. I understand that other residents contribute to this, but perhaps investing in cleaning services and campaigns would be beneficial. Additionally, there are parcels frequently left at the entrance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great and one of the main selling points, everything is close so it’s easy walking to buy groceries

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have always received a quick response to my questions or concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They offer free gym classes and organize frequent events.
