Private with big Central Park But not convenience for public transport No shop or restaurant nearby Out of nowhere

I chose it because it was the last one in this price range

Facilities, these is enough home appliances ie. Oven, microwave, fridge and freezer

Great location quiet and close to all amenities, huge green space and attractive layout with landscapes

Huge park next to development and a primary school

What is the best feature of your home:

It is detached and unique design. The house features are very attractive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Opposite woods with walking trails. Very quiet and peaceful. A major reason to buying in this area and specific development. Yet 10 mins from a major motorway linking London to the South and Midlands to the North.

Contruction still ongoing so can be noisy early in the mornings .

What is the best feature of your home:

Internal layout is very well designed for modern living. Location (opposite Woods) is great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The open spaces are good and well maintained. Good transport links and easy to get tovLondon and the M40 to go further afield. Only thing is the lack of local shops within walking distance, but there are good shops and shopping a short drive away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Berkley homes responds well and quickly, however the estate management company are not the best with poor parking management

I would check with the team any big restrictions on the garden space.

The area feels safe with excellent access to High Wycombe and motorway links, yet feels like we live in the country.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always prompt, helpful and keep us updated on progress

The Ride (public space) was delayed from opening for the 1st 8 months of living here. Now open partially but unfinished but still a great space
