Great transport link, safe to walk to the building from train at night. No parking on site, but can park nearby. Great neighborhood with lots of grocery, banks, and shops to choose from.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Excellent maintenance, usually gets service within the next working day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, the viewing is informative, just make sure you talk to the previous tenants to see what to expect with bills/noise specifically for the unit that’s all.

The building is very close to the train station and there are many restaurants, super markets around. The location is very convenient.

Yes, they respond quite quick with clear details. They also take care of all parcels incase the pople

The apartment was really nice, and so were the management staff. The only downside of the Flat and area is that the Council tax was a bit on the higher side.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very prompt, very responsive, no issues, really. Maintenance requests were always logged and responded to routinely.

The council tax band was E and, hence, a bit above budget.
