The location is excellent, with easy access to the city centre, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. Most daily necessities are within walking distance, which makes everyday life very convenient. The area is lively and generally pleasant, although it can occasionally be noisy due to traffic and activity in the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has generally been helpful and professional when dealing with residents' concerns. However, communication and response times could sometimes be improved, particularly when following up on reported issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the utility costs, particularly heating, hot water and electricity, and how these bills are calculated. I would recommend that new residents ask for a clear breakdown of all additional monthly expenses before signing the tenancy agreement. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport, which is a great advantage.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In terms of local shops: there is a large m&s foodhall a one minute walk down the street. I also benefit from an amazing range of shops as the apartment is situated right in centre of town as well as next to the big shopping centre. For getting around, the Cardiff Queen Street station is nearby and there’s also lots of local bus stops which offer good transport links. There’s no on-site parking but there are spaces to be able to drop off large deliveries and unload. I park locally at the Saint David’s carpark which has affordable monthly passes. For bin collections/recycling there is the bin store where you can do all your recycling and put away your rubbish without having to leave the building. Occasionally there is traffic noise such as reversing lorry beeping and people in the street on Friday and Saturday night, but if you close your window, you aren’t able to hear it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have put in a few maintenance forms since living here and they’ve always been responded to promptly. The maintenance man is respectful, always on time and happy to help.

Having the 24 hour Security is such a nice additional feature. I’ve made great use of the gym as well.

Perfect, timely and always present I find the team very responsive to any issue I raise, with action taken right away

I don’t think this applies, I already knew the building from before as my friend lived here But I do wish there was a parking area available, now that I plan to get a car, I find this problematic and money consuming

The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is also easy to get around the city centre on foot, and public transport links are good. Overall, the area feels convenient and is a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been very helpful and responsive. Whenever I have had a question or raised an issue, the staff have been friendly and willing to help, and communication has been clear and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how convenient the location and facilities were before moving in. Everything I need is within easy reach, and the building has been very comfortable to live in. I would recommend new residents take some time to explore all the facilities available in the building.

The management team have always been helpful and responsive whenever I have had a question or needed assistance.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the great monthly activities and events. They are a really nice part of living here and I would love to see even more of them in the future.
